At Tero Greens Private Limited (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), customer satisfaction is our top priority. We ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Please review our Returns & Refund Policy below.

1. Returns Eligibility

You may return an item for a refund or replacement if:

  • The item is damaged or defective.
  • The item is incorrect or not as described.
  • The item is not used and is in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item is in its original packaging (for non-personalized orders).
  • The return request is raised within 7 days of receiving the item.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Please note the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Personalized or customized products (made as per your specifications).
  • Products with personalized engravings, designs, or other unique features.
  • Products purchased during special sales or marked as “Non-Returnable” or “Final Sale.”

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return:

  • Email us at care@wearetero.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the item (if applicable).
  • Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with the next steps.

 

Return Shipping:

  • In case of defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • For all other return reasons, the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping charges.

4. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email whether the return is approved or rejected. If approved, a refund will be processed as follows:

4.1 Refund Method

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (Credit/Debit card, UPI, Net banking, etc.) within 7-10 business days after approval.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be processed via bank transfer to the bank account details provided by the customer.

4.2 Partial Refunds

In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted at our discretion, including cases where the product shows minor signs of use or is missing original packaging.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund after the specified period, first check your bank account or payment method.
  • Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times can vary.

6. Exchange Policy

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will replace the item at no additional cost. The exchange request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product. Please contact us at care@wearetero.com for assistance.

7. Return & Refund Process for Personalized or Customized Items

Orders for personalized or customized items cannot be returned or refunded unless:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective.
  • The personalization is incorrect due to our mistake.

For personalized orders, we request that you carefully review your order before completing the purchase.

8. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The product is unused and in its original condition.
  • It is returned in its original packaging along with any accessories, tags, or other materials.

We reserve the right to deny a refund if the returned product does not meet these conditions.
