1. Order Cancellation Before Shipment

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, you can do so easily by following these steps:

  • Select the order you wish to cancel and click on the “Cancel” button.

Once the cancellation request is placed, we will confirm the cancellation via email. Please note that orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

Refund for Cancelled Orders:

If you have already made a payment, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method (Credit/Debit card, UPI, Net banking, etc.) within 5-7 business days.

If your order has already been shipped but not yet delivered, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may refuse to accept the delivery at the time of arrival. Once we receive the returned product, we will process the refund in accordance with our Return and

  • Products with personalized engravings, designs, or features

You will receive a confirmation email, and the refund process may take up to 5-7 business days, depending on your bank or payment gateway.

5. Exceptions for Non-Cancellable Orders

  • Products that have already been shipped or delivered
